The Casa das Baixas was built basing on the Azorean traditional construction, with stones of basalt sculpted by hand, combining the modern comfort with a domestic ambience and natural beauties.

The house has two floors. In the first floor, entresol, the garage, a bathroom, the kitchen and the living room are located. In the second floor, three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with twin beds, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony, are located.
